As the end of the Eviction Moratorium draws near, residents who are in need must look to other avenues to keep themselves and their loved ones safe. Here is a summary of important information and links:

Dates:

Eviction based on nuisance and/or violating substance law and waste: August 1st, 2020

Eviction based on non-payment: September 1st, 2020

This is a new Contract between Landlord and renter stating a new monthly payment in addition to owed late charges and/or rent:

– Renters cannot be charged late fees on rent between March 30 and August 30, 2020

 – Suggested incremental increase in monthly payment (15%) for easy payment

 – Renters cannot be evicted once entered into agreement as long as agreed upon payments are made
